Todd Powell, also born and raised in the Seattle area, remembers learning how to build houses from his love of building forts with his two brothers. He and his brothers would make their forts using the materials their father, Monte Powell, brought home. His love for building forts turned into a love for building quality houses that would provide comfortable, safe homes for families and people in the Seattle area. Todd has never looked back on his decision to become part of the fourth generation to own Powell Custom Homes and Renovations. He enjoys the work everyday. Todd also has a passion for building boats. He has three kids and loves taking his family out on the water.
