1960's Design

This 1960's Baumgardner home on the water needed a facelift. The owners wanted to stick with the original design aesthetic, but add modern conveniences to make the home more comfortable. We added some additional square footage in the kitchen to make it more functional and kept the same finishings to stay in line with the original design. It now looks better than the original!
