Options, Options, Options

We Americans love our options. If you don’t believe it, take a closer look at the cereal aisle next time you’re at the supermarket! The problem is that sometimes all those options can be overwhelming.

When it comes to your home, you have options as well. And while options are a good thing, many of our clients tell us that deciding between the options available to them is one of the toughest things they have to do. Fortunately, when it comes to your home, there aren’t quite as many options as you’ll find in the cereal aisle! Unless you decide to rent, or live in your RV, you basically have three choices: Build; Remodel; or Repair.

Ah, but you still have to decide which of these choices is right for you. That decision, of course, is going to vary depending on your particular situation. Your answer will depend on your wants, needs, and ability to make these things happen. Some of the factors that determine your ability to make things happen include both your financial situation and your tolerance for the disruption that renovation brings.

We’ve developed a simple six-step decision tree that will help walk you through the process of deciding whether building, renovating, or care and repair is the right move for your family. You can download a copy of this free tool by going to the following page on our website (http://www.powellbrothers.com/custom-builders) and then clicking on the thumbnail of the decision tree to download your free PDF file.

We think you’ll find this simple tool helpful for making the right decision for you. And the good news is, whether you decide to build a new home, renovate your existing home, or opt for the care and repair of your home, we can help! And we bring the same integrity, expertise, and attention to detail to each of these services we offer.
